Register on-line!  There are several different registration options for this year’s event including discounts for ITS Tennessee members. Guests are encouraged to join attendees for evening social events as well as the Ice Cream Social. Costs will be nominal and can be paid for at the time of registration. To take advantage of early registration rates, attendees must register before Friday, Sept. 9th, 2016.  

 

Full Attendee Registration. Includes admittance to all sessions and workshops, vendor area, and professional tours. It also includes the Sunday evening reception on Oct. 2nd, breakfast and lunch on Monday, Oct. 3rd, Tuesday, Oct. 4th and Wednesday, Oct. 5th (including the Legendary Ice Cream Social).

 

Registration Fees.  ITS Tennessee Chapter Members and NRITS Conference moderators receive a discount.  Speakers also receive an additional discount.  NOTE: Fees increase after Friday, Sept. 9th 2016.

GOLF (Tuesday)

Join ITS colleagues for a four person, 18-hole scramble golf tournament at the Moccasin Bend golf course. Built in 1966, Moccasin Bend`s golf course is an 18-Hole Championship course with water frequently coming into play. At 6,469 yards from the back tees, their par-72 bentgrass golf course is a virtual heaven in Southern Tennessee. Teams will be randomly formed based on average score or player handicap. Each team will have an “A” player (really good) and a “D” player (not so good, but willing to try). Golf carts will be provided. Cost is $50.00 per person.

Please note: transportation will be provided from the Convention Center to the golf course. We will board the bus at 1:00 pm and will return to the convention center at approximately 6:30 pm.

RIVER GORGE EXPEDITION
Travel swiftly and smoothly downstream from the Chattanooga Pier into the scenic Tennessee River Gorge aboard the high-tech vessel “River Gorge Explorer”. This two-hour excursion is guided by an Aquarium naturalist who brings local history to life while helping you spot wildlife. Attendees and guest can relax in the climate-controlled cabin and or soak in the beautiful fall scenery from the observation deck.

INCLINE RAILWAY
Chugga chugga choo choo all aboard! Ride the Incline Railway up Lookout Mountain for the breathtaking adventure of “America’s most Amazing Mile." The Incline’s trolley-style cars climb through the natural beauty surrounding historic Lookout Mountain at a breathtaking 72.7% grade – straight up! Attendees and guests can sit back, and enjoy the scenic views of the mountains and valleys from the observation windows on the train as well as the panoramic views from the observation tower at the Incline’s top station. CHATTANOOGA GHOST TOUR
Ooh Spooky! Experience the most exciting ghost tour in Tennessee! Attendees and guests will enjoy a relaxing paced 1 ½ hour walking ghost tour through downtown Chattanooga, hearing tales and getting pictures of some of the city's TRUE hauntings! The tour will start the Chattanooga Ghost Tours shop at 138 Market St, ending across the street from the Convention Center.

Student and One-day Registration. Student registration is heavily discounted and covers all items as described in the Full Attendee Registration. A one-day registration is also being offered for professional (non-student) attendees.  Individuals wishing to utilize the one-day registration will need to indicate the day they are attending when they register. Cost for one-day registration will be available very soon.

 

Professional Development Hours. 
Attendees can receive a certificate stating the number of Professional Development Hours (PDHs) they receive for attending the conference. Attendees must indicate their desire to receive the certificate when they register. Estimated PDHs will be provided following program selection (usually 14-15 PDH’s for full conference attendance).
